  Athens in October is wonderful!. Me and my wife Paula travelled there last year. The weather was a little chilly but still we could use sandals several days.

• Athenienses are kind and people from around the world are Welcome
• Greek is a difficult language because they don’t use our alphabet but the greek one
• Taxis are affordable use its when needed
• Buy leather,lether is cheap and of very good quality.Some ancienty greek leather sandals would be a good choice
