• Mix the white flour, the stater culture and the salt in the mixing bowl using the dough scraper.

• Create a well in the middle of the bowl and pour the warm water in it.
• Mix the water and the other ingredients thoroughly, until creating a soft and sticky dough.

• Damp the muslin cloth and with it cover the bowl loosely and let it rest in a warm place (approx 20^C) for 24 to 48 hours, so that the dough can rise.

• After it has risen, move the dough into a well-floured surface, use the scrapper to get all of it.
• Make the dough into a ball shape (you should wet your hands to avoid getting the dough sticking to your hands)
